Specialties
Below please find more information about my specialties and services I provide virtually for adult (aged 18+) individuals, couples, and families located in Washington State. If my approach interests you but your situation doesn’t quite fit these categories, I still welcome you to reach out!

Pregnancy & Postpartum
So. Many. Things. Your body is changing, your hormones are in overdrive, your relationships are adjusting, you have a million doctor appointments to manage, and life is still moving full speed ahead. On top of that, you are navigating all of the information and opinions (often unsolicited) family, social media, and strangers have to offer. You might also find yourself reflecting on your own upbringing and family dynamics in new and unexpected ways.
You deserve to have a safe space dedicated solely to you and your journey where you can process all of these changes and emotions. Therapy can also help to strengthen your support system, and move through this experience feeling more grounded and empowered.
Couples
It doesn't matter how long you've been together, every couple experiences their ups and downs and sometimes needs a little extra support. Couples often face challenges with communication, unresolved conflicts, and stress from life events (parenting decisions, career changes, losing loved ones, etc.). On top of that, blending families and navigating differing cultural backgrounds can also add complexity to relationships.
We all have perspectives and experiences that we bring with us to our relationships and sometimes it can be challenging to express our thoughts and needs to our partners. In couple's therapy, we'll work together to identify cycles contributing to tension and conflict, strengthen positive and healthy communication, foster connection, and rebuild trust.
ADHD Support
Maybe you have a formal diagnosis or maybe you saw a video on social media that left you with some suspicions. Either way, you deserve an open and accepting space to explore your symptoms and talk about the ups and downs of ADHD!
Not being able to keep up with that weekly planner or chore chart you bought, does NOT mean you are lazy, they simply were not made for the way your mind works. In a world that often overlooks or misunderstands neurodivergence can be discouraging, impacting your self-esteem and shaping how you view yourself and your diagnosis. Let's change that. Together, we can unpack those internalized messages, challenge harmful narratives, and start building supports that work WITH your symptoms!

Life Transitions
Change, whether planned or not, can bring up a wide variety of emotions and challenges. Starting a new job, transitioning in or out of a relationship, moving to a new place, or entering into a new phase of life (adulthood, being a parent, retiring, etc.) can be exciting and wonderful, but can also bring up feelings such as guilt, grief, or uncertainty. It can be overwhelming and it is important that you feel seen and heard!
The way you experience and view these transitions can also be impacted by your family of origin and the broader systems you are apart of. Through therapy, we can process complex emotions, explore internal and external narratives that may be impacting your experience, and help you to feel empowered and secure throughout your transitions.

Anxiety & Depression
Whether you are experiencing one or both, anxiety and depression can feel isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting with even the smallest of tasks feeling like too much. Maybe you feel stuck moving through the same cycles of worry, self-doubt, or hopelessness, not sure how to move forward. Maybe its impacting your professional life and your relationships. Maybe your coping skills just aren't working like they used to.
You're not alone and you don't have to figure it out on your own. This is a space where we can collaborate to explore possible triggers, process past experiences, disrupt negative thought patterns, and build more effective, positive coping skills.
Adult Child & Parent
Relationships
Partnered relationships aren’t the only ones that can benefit from therapy. A relationship with a parent is often your first and most formative connection, but it can also be one of the most complex. As time goes on things change, roles shift, needs evolve, and boundaries are modified and tested. Past relationship wounds can also be brought to the forefront and complex emotions can arise. All of these things can cause relationship tension and communication breakdowns. While its completely normal for these relationships to have highs and lows, it doesn't make it any less painful.
Together in therapy, we can navigate those relationship changes, set healthy boundaries, process and work to repair old wounds, while also implementing more effective communication skills so your relationship can continue to grow with you.
